Deine Aufgaben

Storytelling und Erstellung von Werbetexten: Du entwickelst Geschichten und verfasst ansprechende und verkaufsstarke Texte für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.
Positionierung von plentysystems als Experten: Mit deinen Texten hilfst du uns, plentysystems Positionierung als E-Commerce Experten aufzubauen und unsere Markenbotschaft effektiv zu kommunizieren.
Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite erhöhen: Integration von (SEO)-Praktiken in die Texterstellung, um die Sichtbarkeit von Inhalten in Suchmaschinen zu verbessern.
Recherche und Branchenanalyse: Durchführung von Recherchen zu Keywords, Branchentrends, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Verständnis der Zielgruppe, um sicherzustellen, dass die Texte relevant und ansprechend sind.
Anpassung an Zielgruppen und Customer Journey: Anpassung des Schreibstils an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und Plattformen, um die größtmögliche Wirkung zu erzielen.
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam, um die Ziele von Marketingkampagnen zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass die erstellten Texte diese Ziele unterstützen.
Wahrung des Markenstils: Sicherstellung der konsistenten Anwendung des Markenstils, der Tone of Voice und anderer stilistischer Elemente in allen schriftlichen Inhalten.
Feedback-Integration: Berücksichtigung von Feedback und Anpassung der Texte entsprechend, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen sicherzustellen.

Deine Qualifikationen

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Verfassen von ziel- und nutzerorientierten Texten.
Leidenschaft für digitale Themen und Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce.
Gutes Grundverständnis von SEO Best Practices.
Originalität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Ideen in klare, ansprechende Texte zu verwandeln.
Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Journalismus, Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Your mission

Storytelling and copywriting: You develop stories and write engaging and sales-boosting copy for various communication channels along the entire customer journey.
Positioning plentysystems as an expert: With your texts, you help us to establish plentysystems' position as an e-commerce expert and communicate our brand message effectively.
Increase visibility and reach: Integrate (SEO) practices into copywriting to improve the visibility of content in search engines.
Research and industry analysis: Conducting research on keywords, industry trends, competitive analysis and understanding the target audience to ensure copy is relevant and engaging.
Adaptation to target groups and customer journey: Adapting the writing style to different target groups and platforms to achieve the greatest possible impact.
Working with the marketing team: Working closely with the marketing team to understand the objectives of marketing campaigns and ensuring the copy produced supports these objectives.
Maintaining brand style: Ensuring consistent application of brand style, tone of voice and other stylistic elements in all written content.
Feedback integration: Considering feedback and adapting copy accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.

Your profile

Proven experience in writing target and user-oriented texts.
Passion for digital topics and experience in B2B marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
Good basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Originality and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging copy.
Initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Degree in journalism, communications, marketing or comparable qualification.
