Als Marketing Manager mit Fokus auf Website & Marketing Automation bist du bei uns verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und Pflege sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Unternehmenswebsite und den damit einhergehenden User Journeys. unbefristet in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Webseiten unter Berücksichtigung einer zielgruppengerechten Ansprache und User Experience sowie rechtlichen Anforderungen.
Weiterentwicklung, Betreuung und Aktualisierung von Website-Inhalten in Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus Marketing, Produkt und HR.
Identifizierung verschiedener Kundensegmente entlang der Customer Journey und Entwicklung passender, automatisierter (Nurturing-) Kampagnen, um die Interaktion und Bindung der Nutzenden zu fördern.
Sicherstellung der konsistenten Markendarstellung in den betreuten Kommunikationskanälen.
Analyse und Reporting aller durchgeführten Aktivitäten inklusive Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, Agenturen und Webentwicklern, um neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen umzusetzen.

Deine Qualifikationen

Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im (B2B-)Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich Technologie/Software.
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hubspot insbesondere dem Marketing Hub und CMS.
Du interessierst dich für E-Commerce Themen und neue Technologien.
Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Interpretation von Daten zur Entscheidungsfindung.
Du zeichnest dich durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und weißt dich dynamisch und flexibel auf wechselnde Anforderungen einzustellen.
Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Your mission

Conception, implementation and optimization of our websites, taking into account a target group-oriented approach and user experience as well as legal requirements.
Further development, support and updating of website content in coordination with the various stakeholders from marketing, product and HR.
Identifying different customer segments along the customer journey and developing suitable, automated (nurturing) campaigns to promote user interaction and loyalty.
Ensuring consistent brand presentation in the communication channels managed.
Analyzing and reporting on all activities carried out, including deriving recommendations for action.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies and web developers to implement new functions and improvements.

Your profile

You have several years of experience in (B2B) marketing, ideally in the technology/software sector.
You have experience with Hubspot, especially the Marketing Hub and CMS.
You are interested in e-commerce topics and new technologies.
You have strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make decisions.
You are characterized by your structured way of working and know how to adapt dynamically and flexibly to changing requirements.
You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in German and English.
You have a degree in marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
