Your mission

Assume leadership of a software engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including cross-functional teams, to outline project requirements and deliverables effectively.
Architect, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance software applications.
Uphold best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer actionable feedback to maintain code integrity.
Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.
Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and oversee software applications on AWS.

Your profile

Proven track record in leadership roles within software engineering or similar domains.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent skills in Back End development, specifically with PHP Laravel.
Knowledge with GOLang.
Knowledgeable about cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Leitung eines Softwareentwicklungsteams und sorgst durch Mentoring und Anleitung für den Projekterfolg.
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, einschließlich funktionsübergreifender Teams, um Projektanforderungen und -ergebnisse effektiv zu definieren.
Du entwirfst, entwickelst und betreust skalierbare, leistungsstarke Software Anwendungen unter Einhaltung von Best Practices, Kodierungsstandards und Softwareentwicklungsmethoden.
Du führst Code-Reviews durch und stellst konstruktives Feedback bereit, um die Qualität und Wartbarkeit des Codes zu gewährleisten.
Du hältst dich über die neuesten Branchentrends, Technologien und Frameworks auf dem Laufenden.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem DevOps-Team zusammen, um Softwareanwendungen auf AWS bereitzustellen und zu überwachen.

Deine Qualifikationen

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Führungspositionen in der Softwareentwicklung oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und Entscheidungsfindung.
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Teammitglieder zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
Ausgezeichnete Backend-Entwicklungskenntnisse, insbesondere mit PHP Laravel.
Kenntnisse in GOLang.
Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen, vorzugsweise AWS.
Verständnis des Lebenszyklus der Softwareentwicklung und agiler Methoden.
Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und effektiv Prioritäten zu setzen.
