Deine Aufgaben
  • Technische Dokumentation unseres Produkts in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Übertragung technischer Datenfelder in lesbare und verständliche Formulierungen, unter Gewährleistung der konsistenten Terminologie in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erstellung von geführten Produkt-Touren für ein interaktives Benutzererlebnis
  • Erstellung einer Wissensdatenbank in Form von Q&A Elementen
  • Erstellung von technischer Dokumentation und Styleguides für Entwickler:innen, sowohl intern als auch extern
  • Aktive Mitarbeit während der Entwicklung neuer Produktfeatures in Bezug auf die intuitive Nutzbarkeit der Benutzeroberflächen für eine exzellente User Experience
  • Aufbereitung von Content (z.B. Video, Handbuch, Tooltips, Smart FAQs)
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Studium im Bereich technische Redaktion/Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete Schreibfähigkeiten, um komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich für unsere Anwender:innen zu dokumentieren
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Agiles und Customer-First Mindset
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (z.B. Produktmanagement und Entwicklern)
  • Offenheit für die Herausforderung digitaler Transformation von klassischer Dokumentation
  • Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv und erfolgreich zu gestalten

Wünschenswert:

  • Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Terminologietools wie z.B. Phrase, AsciiDoc, GitHub, Visual Studio usw.
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Dialogtools wie Chatbots

Your mission
  • Technical documentation of our product in German and English
  • Translating technical data fields into readable and understandable formulations, ensuring consistent terminology in German and English
  • Creation of guided product tours for an interactive user experience
  • Creation of a knowledge database in the form of Q&A elements
  • Creation of technical documentation and style guides for developers, both internal and external
  • Active collaboration during the development of new product features with regard to the intuitive usability of the user interfaces for an excellent user experience
  • Preparation of content (e.g. video, manual, tooltips, smart FAQs)
Your profile
  • Completed studies in technical editing/communication or comparable training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Excellent writing skills to document complex technical issues in an understandable way for our users
  • Proactive way of working
  • Agile and customer-first mindset
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. product management and developers)
  • Openness to the challenge of digital transformation of traditional documentation
  • Ability to actively and successfully shape change processes

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of working with terminology tools such as Phrase, AsciiDoc, GitHub, Visual Studio, etc.
  • Experience with modern dialog tools such as chatbots
