Als Product Manager bist Du für einige spezifische Produkte verantwortlich. Du bist auch verantwortlich für die Produktkommunikation mit den Stakeholdern, die Strategie und das Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen an vorderster Front.

Deine Aufgaben

Stakeholder Management:

  • Du bist erste Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen zu unserem Produkt für Kund:innen und Partner und holst Feedback zu bestehenden Features und Produkten ein.
  • Du kommunizierst proaktiv und zielgruppenspezifisch intern mit unseren Entwicklerteams, mit anderen (Produkt-) Bereichen sowie extern mit Kund:innen und Partnern.

Product Management:

  • Durch regelmäßige Marktanalysen und Bedarfsermittlungen überführst du Kundenanforderungen in Produktanforderungen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Organisation von Backlog Items und die ständige Verfeinerung des Backlogs. Du stellst sicher, dass die Backlog Items verstanden werden und hältst das Product Backlog transparent sowie aktuell.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du konntest bereits 2+ Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Projekt- oder Produktmanager im E-Commerce Bereich oder in der Softwareentwicklung sammeln.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktplänen mit.
  • Du bist selbstmotiviert, proaktiv und hast Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten. Agile Prinzipien sind Dir nicht neu.
  • Deine ausgezeichneten organisatorischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten machen Dich aus.
  • Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Your mission

Stakeholder Management:

  • You are the first point of contact for all questions about our product for customers and partners and collect feedback on existing features and products.
  • You communicate proactively and in a target group-specific manner internally with our development teams, with other (product) areas and externally with customers and partners.

Product Management:

  • You translate customer requirements into product requirements through regular market analyses and needs assessments.
  • You are responsible for the creation and organization of backlog items and the continuous refinement of the backlog. You ensure that the backlog items are understood and keep the product backlog transparent and up-to-date.
Your profile
  • You already have 2+ years of experience as a product owner or project/product manager in e-commerce or software development.
  • You have experience in developing product plans.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive and enjoy working independently. Agile principles are not new to you.
  • You have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • You are a strong communicator and fluent in German and English.
